1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Erystia, LLC DBA LFG Platform services at www.leadsforgrowth.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
LFG Platform provides an AI-powered CRM and marketing automation platform including contact management, automated communications, sales pipeline management, landing page and funnel creation, and related features.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use our services, you must: provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us of any unauthorized access, and be responsible for all activity under your account.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable laws. You agree NOT to send unsolicited communications, collect personal information without consent, or interfere with our services.
5. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
When using our platform to send SMS messages, you agree to: obtain proper opt-in consent from all recipients before sending; honor opt-out requests immediately; comply with all telecommunications laws; and be solely responsible for all message content.
Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (888) 344-9660. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier Liability Clause
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency Clause
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 25-30 messages per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Services are provided on a subscription basis billed in advance monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days notice.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
LFG Platform and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by LFG Platform and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited license to use our services for your business purposes.
8. PRIVACY
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at www.leadsforgrowth.com/privacy-policy, incorporated herein by reference.
9. DISCLAIMERS
Our services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LFG Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LFG Platform from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
12. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your access ceases and you remain liable for outstanding fees.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
